Every guest once. Every stay remembered.

One profile per guest across all your properties: who stayed, when and where, what they asked for last time. Repeat bookings in two clicks, tags and notes for the whole team, consent and privacy handled by the book itself.

One book, all properties

Know who is coming back before they arrive.

Each booking records its guest; the guest book turns those records into one profile per person, across every property in your workspace. Only a name is needed to start — email, phone, nationality and language are added when you have them.

Booking history

Every stay a guest has had with you, in which property and unit, what it was worth, and whether a next stay is already booked. Returning guests are marked in the list.

Repeat bookings in two clicks

"Book again" opens a new stay with the guest's details filled in. On any new booking, typing a name suggests the matching profile so the same person is never entered twice.

Tags and private notes

Mark guests as family, corporate, VIP or anything you like, and keep notes the whole team sees — the early arrival, the allergy, the parking spot they prefer.

Tidy by design

Duplicates merged, consent on record.

Guests who booked twice with a slightly different spelling are suggested for merging, and their stays join one profile. Marketing consent is stored with its source and date, a guest's personal data exports in one file, and a retention rule tells you which old profiles are due for review.

Shared with the team, not with everyone.

Owners and admins see the whole book. Managers work the directory for the properties they are invited to. Housekeeping and maintenance see names and stays — enough to prepare the room, never the contact details, notes or consent.

FAQ

Guest book questions.

Do I have to enter guests separately from bookings?

No. A booking records its guest; the guest book collects those records into one profile per person. When you type a name on a new booking, matching profiles are suggested, so a returning guest is linked rather than duplicated.

Who on my team can see guest details?

Owners and admins see everything. Managers see and edit contact details and notes for the properties they work in. Housekeeping and maintenance see names and stays only — no email, phone, notes or consent.

What about privacy and GDPR?

Each profile records marketing consent with its source and date. A guest's personal data can be exported in one file or anonymised on request, and a retention rule lists the profiles that are due for review.

Which plan includes the guest book?

The guest book is part of the Starter, Plus and Pro plans. On Free, bookings still record their guest, but the directory pages are not available. Compare plans.
