Property management is a team effort.

Invite family members, managers, cleaners and viewers — and give everyone exactly the access they need, per property. The whole family stays informed; only the right people can change things.

Roles

A role for everyone around the property.

From the owner who sees everything to the cleaner who only sees today's tasks — access matches responsibility.

Owners

Full access: properties, units, pricing, members, integrations and every booking. The family members in charge.

Family managers

Manage bookings and tasks without touching property settings or prices. For the ones who run day-to-day.

Members & helpers

View-only family members see when the property is free; task-only helpers see their cleaning and maintenance work.

Per-property permissions

Access exactly where it's needed.

Permissions are granted per property. The sea house has its family circle, the city apartment has its co-owner and cleaner — and nobody's view is cluttered with properties they don't care about.

Activity & notifications

Everyone stays in sync.

Every booking change, completed task and blocked date lands in the activity feed — and as a quiet push notification for the people who need it. No more "did anyone tell you…?"

FAQ

Sharing questions.

How do invites work?

Send an invite by email from the property's settings. The person accepts, creates their account, and lands in the property with exactly the access you gave them.

Can someone view the calendar without editing anything?

Yes. View-only members see bookings, family stays and availability, but can't change a thing — perfect for the part of the family that just wants to know when the house is free. See the shared calendar.

Can I limit someone's access to one property?

Yes. Permissions are set per property, so the cleaner of the city apartment and the co-owner of the sea house each see only their own property. More about multi-property →
