The model is asked only when you press a button, and only with what that task needs. Answers for unchanged data are kept and shown again instead of being re-sent. The assistant cannot send, cancel, price or publish anything by itself.

Does the assistant send emails or change prices on its own?
No. Every answer is a draft or a suggestion. An email goes out only when you press Send after reading it; a season is added only when you click Add; website text changes only when you save the form. Dates, amounts and booking references come from your data, not from the model.
Which languages can it write in?
Guest emails are drafted in the guest's language, guessed from their nationality or your site's language, and you can pick any language before drafting. Website copy follows the site language, and Translate site rewrites all texts into another language in one step.
What data is sent to the model, and when?
Only when you press an assistant button, and only what that task needs: the stay facts and the guest's message for a summary, your property profile for website copy, occupancy by month for season suggestions. Nothing runs in the background, and answers for unchanged data are reused instead of re-sent.
