Questions about plans.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. CocoBook is a fixed subscription for the software. Guests book and pay you directly; we are not an intermediary and never handle their payments.
What counts as a bookable unit?
Anything a guest can book on its own: a whole house, an apartment, a room let separately. A villa rented as one is one unit even with five bedrooms. Parking spaces and extras are not units.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Guest sites beyond the smaller plan's limit are unpublished (newest first) and can be republished after an upgrade; other inventory stays, but nothing new can be added until it fits. Confirmed bookings are never cancelled and calendar connections stay in place.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Subscription & Billing. Paid features stay until the end of the period you paid for; then the workspace moves to Free with all its data.
Which plan do families need?
Most families sharing one home are fine on Free. Hosting guests with Airbnb or Booking.com calendars, seasonal prices and your own booking site starts at Starter.
